Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for subscriptions and services purchased from Emplur, operated by Empjourney Solutions Private Limited ("we", "our", "us").

By purchasing or subscribing to Emplur, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial

Emplur may offer a free trial period to allow users to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

  • No charges are applied during the trial period.
  • Users may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges.
  • If a user is charged due to failure to cancel before the trial ends, they may request a full refund within 5 days of billing, subject to review.

2. Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, no further billing will occur.
  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Terms

  • First-time subscribers: A full refund is available if you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • After 14 days: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial use or unused time within the billing period.

3. Annual Subscription

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If an annual subscription is cancelled before the end of the subscription term:

  • The subscription will not renew at the end of the term.
  • A refund equal to 50% of the unused subscription period will be issued.

Refund Calculation

The refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • Only remaining full months will be considered for the refund.
  • The refund amount will be 50% of the proportional value of the remaining subscription period.
  • Example: If you paid $1,200 for an annual plan and cancel after 4 months, the remaining balance is $800 (8 months). You will receive a refund of $400 (50% of $800).

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed through an alternate method upon:
    • Customer request
    • Explicit approval by Emplur

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-10 business days.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or bank and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Refunds)

Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing amount or plan
  • Technical issues preventing access to core services
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements

All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Emplur reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Taxes and applicable government charges
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Fees for services already rendered
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details.
  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
